1962 torque lite band adj. rear band 22 urns out or two and 1/2 ?

Have a 1962 cry newport. Tranny started sliding some after sitting all winter. I put it on the rack pulled pan and noticed rear band locking nut had backed off. Tranny # 1942275 007653 on left by drain pan. Looking at u tube get different opinions on adjusting front and rear band. After turning adjustment to tighten it to 72 inches back off 2 turns, 2 and 1/2 turns for rear and front. One guy said 3 turns ? Any body know ?

The adjustments are dependent on what size motor you have and if it is an HP motor or not too.
