1963 Dodge 880 Custom 2 Door Hard Top Rear Drums

I need help identifying the rear drums on my 880 the outside diameter is 12 3/4 in and inner diameter is 11. The brake pads that were in it have a pad area that measures 12 X 2 1/2. The drum has a raised stamp with 381 or 387 and A241 on it, hard to tell really rusted up. Also, the brake shoes have 556976 stamped on them. I have ordered both the RAYBESTOS 29115R / NAPA 4401019 these drums have the correct bolt pattern but do not come close to fitting the backing plate. Anyone know of a correct part number?

So after some digging on rockauto & raybestos I found a close match to this drum http://www.raybestosbrakes.com/magnoliaPublic/home/catalog/product.html?partNumber=1938R as far as dimensions go. It turns out that the rear drums maybe front drums from a 67' Coronet. I think this was done so that the 14" Cragars on it would have enough clearance. Any thoughts?

If it helps, and I'm not sure if they are the same, but I can whip the rear wheel off my 64 and do the measuring and see if there are part numbers on it. Not sure if they will be the same unit though.

@Valnut Thanks for the offer. I ordered the raybestos 1938R and it fits like a glove. So if anyone else comes across 11" rear drums (mine were swedged in and original drum was messed up in the processes of getting it off the lugs) on a 1963 880 or other mopar 8 3/4 rear end hub the raybestos 1938R fits great.
