WANTED 1965 Imperial Fan Shroud Wanted

My Imperial did not have a fan shroud when I bought it. From looking at the FSM, it appears this is a two piece shroud.

#1 - Does anyone have any photos of the fan shroud they can share with me; both installed and out of the vehicle?

#2 - Does anyone have one for sale?

There are 4 columns of part numbers. It should say in the book what body style is in what column, maybe it got cut off in the screen shot. Can you look at the page and tell us,what they are? Thanks.

If you look at the photo - I copied the top of the next page which has the headers for each column. The fourth column (last on the right) is for Imperial.
