Apparently, I have the wrong oil pan on my car, the idler is hitting it apparently, I need part #
2268459 but these have no markings, any way to identify them? Thanks

Later model pans that fit are stamped 187, so look for a pan with that on it.

Oil Pans

They do have a three-digit marking stamped into them. 699 or 187 will work for you. These pans are identical, save for the number stamping.

Great,I'll keep a look out, according to online and a book here at mopars in the park, the
2268459 pan has no markings, buy if they will work, great

Before you look at getting another oil pan look to see if your motor mounts have not crushed with age.....

Mounts good, I think someone installed a truck 413, it had a industrial thermostat in it. They made motor mounts, they look good this is pass side maybe a smack with a hammer will work lol

I suspect that an Industrial-spec engine would not need steering linkage clearance in the oil pan. FWIW

Careful with a hammer so that you don't crimp or put a hole in the pan.

Just some thoughts,

I should be able to reuse my pickup, correct? Can i do it with eng in the car? Maybe dropping drag link?

Check the FSM. Might need to rotate the crank some to get the counterweights out of the way?
