1965 Plymouth Fury III fender tag help decoding?

I was looking for help decoding this fender tag from a 1965 Fury III. I unable to post any text the other day when I posted this.

I have a VIN/Fender Tag decoder that will eventually cover 1960-1966 DeSoto's, Chryslers and Imperials. I have no plans to add Plymouths or Dodges, but beginning in 1965, there was a lot of similarity on the fender tags of MoPar cars across the makes and plants. Therefore, I was able to run your partially-legible data and generate the attached partial report. The paint and trim data is readily available but has not been loaded for Plymouths. If you want, you could correct any misreading's and send me the car's VIN--and I will re-run the report. The number under the Q is just a guess on my report and a number higher than "1" will indicate a higher-end radio. Any other '65 decoders out there? One decoder that is mentioned in a previous reply is an excellent one for '66-'67 Dodges in particular and Mopars in general.

The picture is hard to read, but you have a 383-4 and 4-speed, which means you have some work to do.

These digits mentioned above are only found on cars from Lynch Road factory.
Observation # 2: Sometimes there is no digit at all under X (seat belts).
When standard belts were installed, sometimes factory left this info blank.
