1966 fury turn signal issues

So i seen 68-4spd-fury.3484 ask if the signals turn on but dont flash. I'm having that issue on my 67 newport. I flip the lever the lights come on but do not flash any idea to what my problem could be?

This is for the horn connection as well.
If this break then you have no horn...

definitely check the bulbs or grounding issue at the bulb for starters...

That could be the flasher unit itself.

My horn works all bulbs changed I'll change flashes then check grounding if still not working thanks
