Does anyone know if the wood veneer that was used in the dash and door panels can be replaced? Is there anything out there that is a close match to the original look? I have called several shops that restore door panels and dashes and no one seems to know what to do.

What condition is yours in? Is it all there? Ho about some pics?

I did mine on the car. I used 000 steel wool and a poly stain to bring back the color. I did NOT clear it, however. After a few days, I used Lemon Pledge furniture polish to finish the job. I'm happy with it.

Might sure looks like that in pattern and shade. Mine is definitely original to my car.
It’s walnut but not specifically burl, more figured in places but every tree was different. I believe the fuselage years saw the introduction of the use of burl.
