Looking for help. Trying to remove roof rams. Roof is up and inoperable . Any ideas appreciated. Car is in OZ. 383 2bbl A/C disc brakes. Triple red.

Have you pulled the rear seat and panels out yet?
 
no actual experience with this year (I have 69 Plymouth) but here's what i found in the FSM, Page 23-79;

Thanks. Yes I've seen that diagram. My problem is that the roof is up and I can't access the top pin to remove the ram. Not game enough to start undoing bolts without a little knowledge. Only had the car a few weeks
 
That was my first thought. So basically disconnect the pump and go slow?. I assume the top pin then becomes accessible

I've never actually done it, but the only thing preventing it from manually opening is the sealed fluid in the system. The top pin should be accessible once down, or somewhere in the arc.
