The cream Imperial I tried to buy before auction I told you about Matt has now surfaced for sale with a dealer !

Regardless, the facepalm is still appropriate.
Maybe it's "just me" but when I first got my '67 Imp (early 90's) the Mobile Director was a proverbial unicorn, widely rumored, but never actually seen...……… recently however, they seem to pop up regularly, along with expectations that buyers will pay a whopping premium over what one would pay for a Crown Coupe...… I don't think there are enough of them to establish a sales pattern, but we'll see how this one works out...…..
