I left Columbus just after noon & made it to Bob's house by 6:30. That includes 2 fuel stops. 3 fuel stops on the way home & I was in bed by 1:30.

towing a trailer, a full trailer on the return trip through the Pennsylvania mountains? Both sets?

3 20oz red bulls..... I don't do that to my body very often but it works, that's for sure.

My wife and I went from Auburn Indiana to home in less than 8 hours....7 hours and 50 minutes. We did 90 mph much of the way and kept the cruise on when we switched drivers that was supposed to be :

634 mi, 9 hours 36 mins
In current traffic: 9 hours 36 mins

It just seems like your time is ridiculous

I had the cruise set at 7 mph over the limit both ways & hit a BUNCH of construction. It was a really easy drive & my trailer pulls like nothin & my truck has a Hemi so it's a piece of cake.

My truck has a HEMI and it pulls like a POS

Huh? Mines like 370 horse or maybe 390, I don't remember. Yours is a 5.7? Maybe I just got a hot one cuz my truck is WAY faster than my wife's Durango.

Mine is an 05' 2500, quad cab 4 wheel drive with an 8 ft bed. I have had it since 20,000 miles and its been anything but fast.

I'd love a 2500 Cummins but they are SO expensive & I love my little 1500.

Painting the car would drop the value like a rock & the car is for sale. I will have it at Nats for sure & then we'll see what happens.

My wife & daughters want to keep it & my wife thinks maybe she would even drive it.

If I do keep it I'll do the firm feel steering upgrade but that's about it. I'm also scared to death that I'll lose a wheel cover.....

Thats why I made sure you had a spare....here is hoping that the family wins out!

Well, mine pulls a trailer pretty well so it's not completely useless. Oh wait, my useless truck pulls a trailer better than your big boy truck. WTF?

$150 air bags = 2500 conversion.

In all fairness I have never tried to pull a trailer with my truck..........she has enough trouble pulling her own weight
