Having dealt with Colorado cars before I can almost guarentee you that the floor pans in the car are SPOTLESS! The cars always seem to be dry and clean from that area. If that car was about 5 hours closer I would have the trailer loaded up and be on my way. :chain saw::chain saw: I hate to say I would cut it up but dang I know that car would have all the OE rust free sheetmetal I would need to get my 69 polara 500 440 Vert back to being solid.

Some gotta die so others can live. You know he'll take a grand for it. Get it while gas prices are down. By summer it will be back to $3.50

Nice driver too

priced for quick sale 1969 dodge polara 4 door hard top, 383 big block with only 78,000 miles runs and drives like new could use a paint job but not all that bad , near new tires always maintained and serviced 1500.00

Wait a second. How come we scream when a good New Yorker/ 300 have their 440 stolen for another lesser car and yet condone ripping up a good C body for another C body? Sounds like a double standard to me.

Good point, by it's looks, someone could give this solid car a little tlc and be proud to drive it. I might even if it were close to me. No vinyl roof and how many do you see?

Because a car like this will get used up by Michael. The parts will be used and are needed because of the lack of reproduction metal and Trim parts.
The "other" guys by a car on the cheap, regardless of condition steal it's heart and usually discard the carcass without regard to the beast or its heritage. All the while knowing they can buy a block, running engine or a nice shiny new crate engine.
Many times the carcass is discarded and in the ad " only needs an engine and transmission" ok then.... why not leave that numbers matching car intact and buy that same engine and transmission the same place the future owner of this C body would have?

Besides , you're an observant guy, you know how long this car has been available

The A, B & E owners say the same thing.......except they are talking about C-bodies.

A, B And E owners taking a C Body apart so other (A,B, and E's) will live.....

But they take their heart out of a perfectly good car.....and toss the rest when a perfectly good engine can be had elsewhere.... that's the difference and it is a big difference

I cant believe anyone would mess with this lovely car!! Big block Mopar, low miles, looks solid with a great interior for around $1000!!!!! Thats £650 or so here in the UK....we cant get four new tires for that here!! Leave as is, cut and polish the paint and drive her. If I was local, I would buy her now just to stop someone wrecking her!

Congratulations on not letting a steal get past you.

I have to predict that 2015 is going to be a banner year even as 2014 was very successful and exciting in its own right for FCBO members.
