I just saw these at a swap meet in Lethbridge Alberta. They looked amazing on that old car. I do not know the brand. But with enough digging a guy could find out.
Looks similar to the 17” vision shift. But different. 17” has 6 kidney holes and 15” with five. There also these very modern styled grey Kidney wheel.
