WTF

And are you sure the windows can still be rolled all the way up to close those doors?
No reason they can't. The doors swing out over a foot first, before they go up.

Hate the doors, but I'd love to steal the seats and interior!

While looking on that site, I saw the car below. That has got to be Arlen VanderHoff's old car, Ruby. The guy who bought it off of Ar, for about the price that's beaning asked now, tried to flip it on eBay for 6 grand. I see hte carpet has been replaced:

I saw that, too. I was trying to think of his handle - something dog? I'm sure it's his old car, given the New Yorker grille.

Ardog. Don't know if he's on this site; we're friends on Facebook. I still have pictures of his "Ruby," as I sold posted it on eBay for him. Here it is; I say it's the same car.

I remember Ardog's name also (and his car). Everytime it pops up the grille and baby moons give it away. Even if it's gone downhill I have a hard time understanding it sitting on a lot for only $2500.

BTW - that yellow 66 isn't Anthony, he has a white 68 Fury and lives in IL (last I knew, anyway). That yellow could possibly be a super-fast 66 belonging to a different guy in MI, though, who I remember as a Dock member. (I suppose the yellow car could've been sold to Anthony for all I know, seems like there's a lot of 'inbreeding' amongst the C-body members based on references I read on here.)

Now you made me check it out. My failing memory, it is Dana (11secondC) in Grand Rapids.

Nah, 'twas a good exercise for both of us, for you have reminded me of the yellow guy's name, too.

But the more I think of it -
'Ruby' is noted as being for sale in Cedar Rapids, and Dana is in MI, so if that yellow car is indeed his, when were those 2 cars sitting next to each other? There's lots of miles in between. ??? If not, there's another bright-yellow 66 out there? ???

Ruby used to live in Grandville, MI, less than 10 miles from Grand Rapids, so maybe a recycled picture?

That could be Mopars at the red barn show. It's a pretty big show on the west side of the state that I have yet to attend.

That would be a deal at twice the price if it's as nice as it looks in the picture.

Its a little too nice to be true. Long gone is what I think, if not it's a smoking deal. I will say that some cars float around on adds for sale, when they have sold sometime ago. Sites pick these up and post them like they are fresh adds, to attract hits. My New Yorker did that for at least 2 years. Worse, I had put my phone number in the ebay add, so ever so often someone called!

The pictures I posted were from Arlen when he still owned "Ruby" in Michigan; they are not from the ad. So all you guys are thinking is probably true.

there are a few interesting C body Mopars on that site. tho this is not a C-body, this 66 Imp was a neat one. advertised as "maroon" color.

again, shows price of $7,100 but dont know if that's a auction bid or the asking price.
