How much do I have to figure in to replace the hood and fix the holes left in the trunk from the wing?
Oh, and add in the HVAC, too.
Plus misc.......

Figure 700 for another hood, trunk lid, paint, 70 grille and bumper.

Then deduct 6 grand just because

Get rid of the wing and add correct mirrors. Leave the scoop but build the 440 so it delivers what the looks promise. Have Just Dashes do the pad right. I wouldn't lose sleep over the wrong grill.

Strike one- Hood scoop on a C body...fail
Strike two- Go Wing on a C body...fail
Strike three- Bumble bee stripe on a C body...always a fail

You're OUT!

Thats all subject to opinion AND while this one looks horrible I have seen them done decent or where it is a nice touch.

I wouldnt lose sleep over it either Fred but it should have the right identity instead of half and half.

I think it is a turd.
Originally a 383-2bbl car
No HD suspension.

Has a fender tag of a green 4door !!!
Might possibly have had an accident and the front swaped completly due to major damage.
Would be an explanation for the 71 front and maybe a swapped radiator support including fender tag from the parts donor.

I wouldn't touch it.

Hood scoops- I will grant you that I've seen a few (VERY few mind you) that were well executed and "right" looking.

Wings and Bumble bee stripes- NEVER saw either done on a C body that didn't look absolutely terrible.

I personally dont like wings, on anything other than a Superbird (not even on the Daytona) but I have seen some guys pull it off "not bad" on a C .
The stripe, again subject to opinion , I have seen a few done , I think there is a way it could be executed well.
Scoops? I am one of the few that liked them on Stans old White formal four speed so you and I will never agree on that
