The car is a beauty but the seller is not serious. At that price he should at least put the molding back on and fix the top.

I don't think the price is too far out of line. Looks like a beautiful paint job....that's 10K minimum in my neck of the woods.
It's close to 50 years old...probably one of the better ones out there and cheap compared to restoring one. The days of cheap
priced high quality C bodys is coming to an end. I have minimum 50 customers in Ontario with 50 to 100K tied up in their C restorations or rods....28K is not a lot of money any more.
