I always thought he did a nice job with it, not counting the aftermarket stuff and personal touches, so Im torn.

After the restoration I could have bought it for eighteen, before the restoration four grand was asking price, that was in 1999

What about the rear bumper? Looks like the car has a Fratzog emblem on the bumper, yet the build date (AFAIK) was in Oct. 1969. Applied to the bumper by Joe when he customized the car, or did he change bumper?

Changed. You will not find a car built after mid September with a Fratzog bumper. I believe the latest convertible is Sept 3rd
