I didn't notice the Demon graphics until the video

I thought it sounded pretty good in that video...neat car. Does it have a new owner now or still with the guy who restored it?

in the video the guy says he's owned it for 10 years. may not be the same guy that owns it now but he did mention the video in the ad.

It's hard to justify $28k for this car when that 300 U code ragtop just went for $6500 in Canada.

Its always hard to make those comparisons, but ultimately the market decides what something will sell for. I know I have seen this car for sale a couple of years ago with a $20k plus asking price. Either the seller will get more serious about selling or somebody will have to have it. I am thinking more of the former. Still that's what its worth to the owner so its hard to argue with that fact. That's why I was a bit curious as if this was a new owner or its still with the guy who did the restoration.

can you give some specifics Will? Looks pretty dang nice in the pics

What did you see?

I saw the car at Garlits, about 2 years ago. When it drove in and parked I thought ... WOW, great car, and went right over to look. The closer I got the more the lack of detail and quality showed. Things like unrestored and ill fitted dash parts, lots of Micky Mouse under the hood, sloppy wiring. Amature looking upholstery. Kinda looks like it's been rode hard and put away wet.

The car could be brought back to OEM specs and upgraded condition wise by someone who cares and wants a high end rare car, But not at the asking price.

I just watched the video again. It looks like Joe, the fellow who built it in his New England garage.None of what youre saying Will is what it was....curious. Id like to see updated photos if it is said to be that bad. The interior on this car was drop dead.

It's probably mostly due to a lot of use. Which is what these cars are all about. Jazabelle is showing some signs of the 20K miles put on her since restoring too. But i'm not looking through rose colored glasses as far as the value of her.
Like I've said, I could give her away and be even, based on the value of the pleasure she has brought to us.
