Towards the end of production of the '73 model year, some cars got 9-1/4's when they ran out of the 8-3/4's.
I found a TSB on the Hamtrack Registry stating thus when somebody I knew on Fins bought a '73 Coronet and none of us could figure out why it had the 9-1/4.

I sure enjoy the MOPAR wagon discussions and comments. I learn alot by pictures and comments. I'm totally stuck on 1960-61 Chryslers....2-doors....Dang ...My first ride ever in a MOPAR was a 413...push-button...black 2-door Chrysler.
