Regarding the interior, the official line on that style of front bench seat:

"D. Optional Fury III all-vinyl bench. With fold-down center armrest. Integral head restraints. In blue, green, tan, white, russet, gold, black charcoal".

Our subject obviously has the tan interior, which I think personally is quite pleasing. I presume companies such as SMS Auto Fabrics (Oregon) and Original Auto Interiors (Columbus, Michigan), who stock OEM factory original seat materials, can help in resurrecting that interior to like-new status.

Any upholstery shop should be able to do find real close material and give you factory stitching....

Those white bucket seats are the same as in my 71 Polara Brougham, they are the most comfortable seat I ever sat in

The new 1971 C-body bucket seats are the best Mopar seats of the area.
