1971 Plymouth Sport Fury GT Brogham & U code Super Comando

... Took a little longer in this case for installing white gloves on my tech and reading the instruction manual on his hand tools.....no impact guns were used during the filming of this event lol

Nevermind the dozens of watchful eyes of the spectator gallery.

Just a little taste of what we were up to today....my camera got wet so my pics are fuzzy so hopefully Bill can post some pics for us......

If someone wishes to contact "Paul" for similar work on their vehicle how would it be done?
I have tried unsuccessfully several times to get information from those who know along with a rough guide as to restoration costs, but for reasons unknown those folks say nothing.

Perhaps he's not interested in further business???

They are keeping the location quiet so I don't show up and try to get myself adopted...
It's not you, it's me...

Will talk to him today and get back to ya....

I heard this being discussed by critter when it was up on the hoist.

My car is also white and my blacked out pinch weld was definitely painted by a line worker using a paint brush running down the side. After I painted the car I also used a paint brush running down the side somewhat sloppily . Sloppy was very hard to do since by nature I am one of those who expects perfect paint lines and level pictures. Pics below are original paint.

Ok, my buddy in Wisconsin has the car at the body shop, hopefully they'll do a good job, but it'd be handy for future reference for me and anyone else.

I've had arguments with people about painting the pinch weld. Once you see it, it's really noticeable when it's not done.

My paint guy did mine with some sort of black chip guard and brought it across the flat section. Not original, but a lot nicer and I like it better.
