AMC doesn't get much love but I thought this was a nice sleek looking wagon

I could drive that! AMC was underrated. if that was a two door hardtop now,,,,,,,but a 1970 Rebel would be the best!

I remember seeing AMC cars all over Milwaukee when I was growing up. My Dad worked at the Milwaukee plant when it was still Nash.

Well of course..... they were made where you grew up

The Milwaukee plant was about 8 blocks from my parents house on Richards St. They had a paver type display on a 30 degree rotating round table. Very cool and was lit up at night with what ever AMC car roating 24x7.

The paint job alone would cost close to the asking price. Not a fan of the wheels, something mor period correct woul work

I wonder if Chrysler road wheels are the same bolt pattern......LOL!:poke:

They are. AMC, Hudson, Nash, Chrysler, Studebaker and Ford are all 5-on-4-1/2"; however, Ford steel wheels have a smaller register hole than all the others and won't swap.
