Ok, he messaged me back. I asked if it had a title and if the tires stayed up enough to winch it on a trailer. He said yes he has the title and I could drive it home but in the next message when I tied to confirm he said it hasn't run in a while and the tires are no good. So I'm not sure about anything right now.
