Hi All,
I have the old thermoquad that I pulled off my 73 Imperial a number of years back. Not sure if it is good to anyone for parts. I do recall it leaking from the upper gasket at the time I pulled it...hence the RTV...

Sorry I'm allergic to TQ's but good luck with your sale!

I have a ThermoQuad, literally new, with a $350 resto on it by Scott Harm...
It's a shiny door stop.

Thermoquads are soo misunderstood.
Just have to find the right guy who can razor tune them.
They do work awesome when they do.
BTW?
Price??
Thanks

With the lid flipped......ohhh I need a moment.
Steve Earl said it best in his classic song "Copperhead Road"..
"Now Daddy ran the whiskey in a big block Dodge
Bought it at an auction at the Mason's Lodge
Johnson County Sheriff painted on the side
Just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside
Well him and my uncle tore that engine down
I still remember that rumblin' sound.."

If you have to have a TQ......the best one to get is the one Stan is offering.

WTF is "ported spark drilled" ¿
There is no ported spark vacuum nipple on a lean burn TQ, only manifold vacuum for lean burn computer so if you want it you have to drill it and put a price of brake tubing to hook up vacuum advance properly.

A cupla guys here aleady helped me out with my hinge problem.
Thanks anyway, Lea.
And why arent you using it on BOAB?
Went on a NOS buying binge a few years ago when the dollar was at par.
Anything listed on E pay cheap for the BoaB I grabbed.
Then I had an intervention from my NOS addiction,LOL!!!
(translation pulled the plug on the home internet,ha hah)!
Seriously,
The old hinges did not function properly initially, but since lining up the doors they are fine.
I have them as spares should they be needed.
