Mr C....I wanted to wait for 24 hours to think about it. I live in a townhouse with 2 parking spots. Four Formal's and a truck will put the HOA in to cardiac arrest.

Mr C received several offers and is weighing his decision. I did speak with him and will hear back when he feels its time. Either way, great guy and I have no hard feelings if he chooses someone else.
