Yeah, they put a He mi in the kitchen cars too but the implications aren't quite the same as the word suggests

Mopar had a Hemi (big power back in the day) long before Chevy had a V-8.

My point being a factory Hemi in that car or a K car isn't as impressive as the word Hemi sounds. We all think of the 426 when we hear Hemi. That's all I'm saying

Thanks NYB for posting all the Cordoba's! I don't feel so alone here now, thinking I was the only guy to be Doba fan.(75-77) that is!
I also think the lights those years were much better looking than the stacked look. (78-79) I sold this 78' in order to buy the 77'.

I find most C body guys have a soft spot for Cordobas. I love my 79.

I hear people say I got a Hemi Ram......I'm shaking my head!

Yeah Bob it is a terrible mix but it offers up a lot of 3 gen hemis to be shoved into cars, the only place a gas motor should be anyway.

I would like to put a 3rd gen Hemi in a Formal. I believe it can be done if you get the complete wiring harness and computer. Maybe somebody makes a conversion (kit) wiring harness to pit one of those in a C-body.

Hot wire has stuff, there are also other sources. I think a 5.7 and a NAG 5 speed auto with a rear gear change would make a excellent combo and weighs less than these bloated pu trucks they area producing now.

Anything can be done, I have a welder.

Went to a show a long while back. Guy had an 03/04 ram quad cab 2wd hemi with every imaginable autozone stick on piece, and sticker. With a big board in front going on about the hemi. Surprisingly it was an older gentlemen too. He spent the whole day of the show with a duster dusting the truck, and applying armor all to the tires... It made me sick. Even worse the truck was in the middle of a sea of old chargers, challengers, ect, ect...

They are gaining ground at Carlisle too...along with all the metric crap.

Really sad.

did he have a J.C. Whitney catalog hanging out of the back pocket of his overalls?

I'm glad the fella's enjoyed a spirited debate about Cordoba's this weekend.

I learned a lot about them in the last few days!
