Went to a show a long while back. Guy had an 03/04 ram quad cab 2wd hemi with every imaginable autozone stick on piece, and sticker. With a big board in front going on about the hemi. Surprisingly it was an older gentlemen too. He spent the whole day of the show with a duster dusting the truck, and applying armor all to the tires... It made me sick. Even worse the truck was in the middle of a sea of old chargers, challengers, ect, ect...

Some of that stuff will eventually go by the wayside. Don't see as many as Dave would say "PT Losers" out there anymore. Frankly I take the glass half full approach. It's always a good thing when guys are enthusiastic about their Mopars regardless the era.

As long as they leave us (C-Bodies) on the Red Show Field and/or flat ground.....

I do hope so Bob. If you noticed they have thrown us around quite a bit and the As Bs and Es are pretty much secure in their location.
More C bodies there than ever before, who knows, maybe we can overcome the A bodies

Bob, I had been staying at the Motel Carlisle since it was a Clarion. When the PTs came out the PT guys had booked a block of rooms in the main building and the entrance was filled with these little pieces of turds (PT) . Probably 40 cars with these people sitting there, lights flashing, radios on....Not one would give you the time of day, like they were better than everyone else. Oh what a waste of precious natural resources these cars were and the people? If they all slid off the side of a cliff I wouldnt have given it a second thought except for the now available parking

Great story! LOL!

I've noticed.......it's a great feeling seeing all those C's!

Obviously this show has grown over the last 23 years. Used to be your average spectator parked within the gates of the fairgrounds.

The C body / full size classes have steadily grown over the years. I'd like to see numbers on attendance and registration of those classes

the show operators would keep that info if they are good business people and the same folks that have been doing it over the years or for good length of time.

Maybe if you contact them and ask they may provide the info

I can hear that conversation now......we have every possible detail available for A, B, and E's....absolutely nothing on C's. What is a C-Body???

I'd like to see a lot of things but being a realist I know many arent going to happen. Perhaps when I am there or closer to the event I will reach out to Ed and ask if I can get the numbers

And yet, from what you say, despite being a growth class, the C bodies are being shunted around. I so SICK of C bodies getting no respect!

They'll tell you they move things around to keep it different. The B's and A's seem to always have their spots from previous years . The E's get moved here and there but not like the C's have.
I am fine with moving around as long as it isnt on the hill, Im good.

I think a big reason for the movement is because of the growth in the class...and all this is based on my opinion of today
