i havent seen any '91-96's worth having ( under 130K miles OR otherwise well documented) under $4K boss. I like the post 92MY better, rounded RWW openings vs the "flat" ones (last photo). Poverty centers more appealing to me as well than full wheel covers.

minor wheel stuff aside, the better ones are still pricier than any comparable mileage last-gen P71 CV in my experience.

will still keep an eye out for ya

The cop wheels change the character of the car a lot.
My fantasy is to find a lil old granny civilian Caprice as my NYB was and LS it with no visible external clues.

A Vic will work but I'm not knowledgeable enough with Panthers to tackle a major swap on it in this stage of my life.

You guys high jacked my Mopar squad. LOL Went thru fuel system while waiting on seats. Fuel sender sunk and tons of trash in tank. New sender and tank cleaning complete. New trunk mat on the way. The factory oil cooler comes from the rear of the block, thru the fins and hard piped into a special fuel pump bolt. That's a first for me. Had a couple of offers but will get serious when seats are back. Went ahead and did both as rear would probably not hold up to use due to age. text 337-499-44 three five

Be sure to post some pictures once you have the new interior. Out of curiosity, what did you use to clean the tank?

We removed the tank as it obviously sat a long time with a small amount of gas which hardened into a layer of goo. We just rinsed with old gas which plugged the screen funnel every time. So we fired up the pressure washer and hit the inside a few times until it rinsed clean. We then ran a heat gun on/in it for an hour and then a final vacuum with shop vac. Looks brand new inside and out. Should finish underside today and start on touchup of engine and interior.

I remember that on my 1977 PK41, return dumps back into sump via the fuel pump bolt?

Doesn't seem like a good system, but I didn't mess with it as my 77 in 1983 was still pretty much a maintenance free driver with 67k on it.

I’ve never seen a CVPI in these parts for sale with less than 100k on the dial.

Maybe in some parts of the world, but rare around here.

2001 -2009 models with130k - 180k are somewhat common.

The 2010 and 2011 models...again, kind of rare for sale here and when you see one they’ve been driven hard.

After reading that ad again, if it’s for real, not bad at all. He says it was a patrol car for the Capital Police Force (DC being the capital he is referencing, I assume).

Don’t see those for sale around here locally. I think my local the market is pretty limited.

If I go out to Nashville, Birmingham or Atlanta and it’s a different story. My normal “limit” for looking at cars is about 90 Miles one way, so my world is a sub sample of the overall market.

Bottom line, the CVPI that is linked definitely is low miles and a good looker....and priced accordingly.
