Roughing it, huh?I'll probably bring the Ram this year.
There are a few dyno YouTube videos from Nick's Garage. On a 440/375 stock rebuild with the kitted orig carb, "the numbers" were very accurate with the factory rating in '67. A few more horses with a larger Holley 4bbl.

I see a new topper on the ram! color coordinated of course. Looks great. I say bring the 300, and spirit of the NYB. LOL. then again if you find anything you need at the swap meet, the truck may come in handy.
Who’s installing it Bob?Well, the journey continues.
The engine is ready to be crated and shipped tomorrow. I'll get a call tomorrow with the specs and shipping details. I should have it by the end of the week or beginning of next week.
What will you do with the old plant?

What a pain in the *** UPS is starting to be!
I'm paying big money to ship the engine and I found out today that they will only drop the engine curbside. How the F am I suppose to get it up a 1200 foot driveway that goes uphill to the garage.
Also....the engine is still in Richmond and I won't know until tomorrow if it'll be at their distribution warehouse in Elkton so I can pick it up in a borrowed truck.
Just ranting I guess!!!
Not UPS. UPS Freight. Two separate companies. UPS Freight is tailgate delivery. Pray his trailer has a power tailgate.UPS ships engines
Best bet.Bob, have them hold it at their terminal and do a Will Call
