Run away from the original car in this post. I saw it in person last summer at Mopar in the Park. It is completely rusted out. Also the guy had a lot of fishy stuff about the engine being rebuilt but it was not painted for the rat rod look. I own a Hurst and really like the cars but sadly that one is no where near worth that much.

Most of these project bursts are beyond repair. Glad mine is done and I don't have to hunt down parts.

Not beyond repair, they all can be repaired. Putting the money and time into most is what doesn't make sense.

No, no, no. It was a blatant design flaw starting at the drafting table. EVERY Chrysler was like that.
I'm willing to bet the mockup model for the Executive Management walk-around was fudged to hide the misalignment.
