4 speed 66 monaco

It would be quite a complex task - I own a factory 66 Monaco 440 4-speed car. There's lots of parts specific to the conversion, not just pedals and linkage.

I installed a 440 4-spd into a '66 /6 3-spd Fury.

What exactly do you have right now?
You are going to need a donor car that was equipped with a 4 speed if you are converting an automatic car. Gear ratio will need to be changed, steering column is different, drive line and u-joints are probably different also. Some of the crankshafts will accept a pilot bearing and some you will need to change the crank. A lot of the linkage parts for the brake and clutch pedals are not repop items and they are only available from a donor.

Agreed, but given that there were very few 3 speed cars to start with, an auto conversion is more likely. Just trying to impress the OP that this is not usually an easy conversion. I will yield the rest of this thread to you.

Given the OP is asking about pedals, I was assuming that he does not currently have a clutch and brake pedal setup as those would be the same for a 3 or 4 speed car.

What is the casting number of your bell housing?
With that info, we can begin in an orderly discussion of the conversion.
Are you serious about completing this or is this a, "What if..."?

The difficulty of the conversion depends a lot on how correct you want it to be when you're done.
The pedals are the biggest obstacle because there aren't a lot of them around. The floor hump is out of reproduction so if it has to appear concour correct, that's another obstacle. I think Brewer's can supply most of the linkage doodads and they sell restored pedal sets but rarely get C-body ones.
If it just has to work properly and not look like a hack job I think the worst part will be finding a pedal set. Some fab skills and a repro B-body hump plus a new carpet solves the interior and the rest of it just takes $$.
If Passon Performance ever gets their production problems sorted out on their new bolt in 5spd OD, you would have a dream 3 pedal C-body.

I had a 66 polara 500 vert 4 speed.
Same chassis/set up.
There are more than 1 choice for 4 speed humps.
I bought a 66 c body 4 speed pedal assembly years ago.
4 speed was optional in 66 polara or Monaco.
