4dr sedan seat belts..locked up won't work.

I can't seem to get the enertia seat belts in my Monaco to release so they can be used. They were working but will not extend enough to be used. I've tried pulling, jiggling etc. but still nothing. They did work sometime ago I removed the floor piece when I put in underlayment. I like to find a new set if they still can be found.

If you pull them out fully extended, you sometimes see that the straps have twisted.
Untwist them and it should work.
Happens a lot.
