60th birthday today

Dave, I just turned 60 in April. Hitting the gym and eating right makes it seem just like a number!

Yeah... I've worked out my entire life and really ramped up this last year after retiring... feel physically great...was just curious how others in my age group feel... i know it's only a number...but 60 seemed like a big one...
