Just got this today.
Original red 61 Plymouth 4dr
Belvedere 318 poly
Runs but blows oil out tailpipe.

SOLID!!!!!! Sheet metal all the way around. Nicest 61 floorboards I’ve seen
Super nice grille
Poverty caps
Nice door panels
Has some passenger door damage, but I have extra solid doors.
My plans will be to replace poly with another good running one that I have.
I Have a poly 61 4 blb intake for it.
Would like to make a daily driver
Grocery getter out of it

Nice find.

Dave

I still wonder what you´re doing with all these 61s. are you on a restoring mission or do you buy and sell them ? anyways it´s nice to see them either saved from the crusher or at least parted to save the ones that can be saved  I really like this quirky look of the 61s

I’m wondering about that myself?
I collect 61s like a crazy cat lady
collects stray unwanted cats
Here is a 61 parts car that I will be picking up next week.
It will be crushed along with a bunch of other FLs if I don’t!!!!!
Can’t let that happen!!!!!!
I have more 61 projects than I have life left in me.
I plan to build a shop in the spring and start to get busy
restoring the good ones along with my son.
I won’t have to be searching for parts.!!

That sounds like a great idea. Hope your plan works out well

:bs_flag: Now when you have to look for something, you'll need 20 of them. :poke:

I have this 61 Fury 4dr premium parts car. It’s bent at the firewall from a accident hit at the
A pillar. I will use the nice seats,
door panels, carpet, passenger rear door from this parts car.
Also I will use the poly motor from Fury to replace smoking motor in Belvedere.

Special thanks to Tom,Gary, and Evan at Rocket Restorations in Olympia Washington for helping me locate some of these gems!
