Here is more progress filler and bondo getting applied were its needed. It needs to set for about 20 minuites then the sanding starts. If there is more work I will take photos and post them later on.
Yes it is Then after the sanding is done on this side then its off to the passenger side. More bondo was added and more sanding will be done. I was advised from a body shop owner not to be afraid of bondo.Like the Man In Black said....
One Piece AT A Time... keep up the great work and posts!
No such thing as too much IMO... most of us will never get to go through all that work on a car like yours. It's fun to watch. Here is some more progress but there will be no more photos until the car is in primer I think I am showing way too much of my work. These are the last photos for now
I do not know if he does or not. I asked and he said no. I even told him that your is a convertibleLooking good Steph.
Hey..... Do you think your dad would want one more 61 Fury to work on.....?![]()
2" wide white walls would be just right on your car Steph. Maybe you could talk your dad into posing for a picture with your car for him. We appreciate what he is doing.
The drivers side will be ready to primer soon . I do not know when but it should be soon. I also got to save for those wide white wall tires for my car I believe the wide whites on my car about 2 '' if I am correct but I could be wrong.
Good idea, Maybe let Steph decide. This thread needs a better/more descriptive title. I suggest "61 Fury Restoration" or something identifying what it is.
Let me know what you think and I can change it.
Good idea, Maybe let Steph decide.
