35 years ago when I was having shift problems with the Max I found the Max Wedges used the same cable as a '62 Newport! Oh, and when I went to replace it the cable wasn't the problem!

Know that there has been issues getting parts delivered from these guys in the past, but I think that may have been straightened out. I have bought from them successfully.
