It is even nicer than I thought it would be after seeing these photos. Very nice. Best bet for finding one of those filler necks is probably Big M Automotive. John is the proprieter - a really nice guy and easy to deal with. Thanks for the replies and suggestions regarding plating and dash. Here are a few pictures as it started it's journey to Minnesota. It's really a very nice solid car. I'm finding that parts are a tad more rare than hen's teeth for this model. I found a NOS right tail light lens, but the left one is proving to be much more difficult to source. I did find a used 95% perfect dash pad for $300, but it's going to have to be vinyl dyed because it's faded on top. Still, much better than the $1200 Just Dashes wants for their repop. With lead times of 3 months on bumper plating I think I may have to finish this over the Winter, but the body and paint work should be done by mid Summer, so I can drive it with the old chrome. The gas tank was out of the car when I got it, and it had been refurbished but the owner lost the filler neck in all the moving around. Does anyone know of a car in a junkyard somewhere that might have one?

The RD Autoline dashpad that I got for my 61 New Yorker (same pad) was about $600 just last year as I recall. My interior is red, and they matched it perfectly. Well worth it when you consider that it looks light years better than the puffy ones from Just Dashes at twice the cost. And RD Autoline's is 100% perfect.
