I was misleid because it wasn't till 68 that vin #s were stamped on block. I have the certicard and Fender Tag decoded and tells me where is was built the options color exterior interior the year and day the engine and trans. Everything matches up to my car I heard there are no real numbers broken down other then 300,000 Furys built .02 % were 4 speeds. i have seen 65 Sport Furys sell with original 426 and one sold over the summer. I spoke to this guy a few times and he told me they are very rare his dad bought one off the showroom floor in 65. so how could that be possible. John Scotti collector in Canada bought one took him years to buy it from someone from Alabama. If you go to all pars they give you engine selections in 65. I have hagerty insure it for 38,000 knowing the details. If you know about these cars let me know I believe it is.I have it up for sale 27,500 I believe there were between 100 and maybe 200 built

I just sent you what was sent to me and makes no sense at all especailly when I have Certicard and Fender tag and vin decoded it and it was exactly the way the car came off the assembly line. The only things that were done during rest the person painted the block orange and I have aftermarket air cleaner

I guess I'm quite confused :Groaner:. Would there possibly be a 426 Sport Fury for sale? If so, it's quite a strange way of going about it. :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah:

Why do you ask I left you with a huge question mark I sent you a statement from another member. I thought that reply I sent was clear and I would have to believe you agree with me

What do you think its a very nice drivers car it has the same power 440 HP its on the same platform as GTX and the 426 in 65 was 700 dollar option. It looks like grandpas car but with a ton of power it hard 355 gears 4spd hurst shifter. I never really abused the car but I can tell you this car has no rattles it drives straight the suspension is like brand new the mechanicals are like new. This weekend its support to be in the mid 50's so I'am taking extensive pictures and a video of it running and short drive. I will post the video on youtube i will put it out there

what was wrong with it 15,500 is a steal mecum sold a 65 vert 57,000 there can't be that much of a difference and John sold his hard top for 24,500 and it was solid #3

I guess you'll be selling yours at Mecum with cars selling at those prices.
