The gubmint is already doing a good job taking away my Freedom of Speech (yes, I still believe in it) and now you
guys. WTF?
I apologize for not being aware of these regulations before.

LOL.
Go to my Ford Trucks (FTE) and talk about your Fleetside and then wait for the fire directed your way :mob:

Please provide me with a list of words I'm not allowed to use. Thanks.

Joke [johk]
  • noun
    • 1. something said or done to provoke laughter or cause amusement, as a witticism, a short and amusing anecdote, or a prankish act: He tells very funny jokes. She played a joke on him.
In other words, "bowtie" is what the Chevy guys like to call their cars. The triangular tail lamps used on mid-60s Dodges were referred to as "double-deltas" by the stylists of the day.

World's most beautiful back end with the tail lights and the slope of the fastback, but the 2 door hardtop had the the world's most ugly quarter window shape. No wonder sales plummeted in a boom year.

I guess it gave AMC an idea they could run with.

Love the double-deltas!

As a kid, I thought these were the most "neato" tail lights

Bidding at 3600 right now - seems to be a lot of interest in this car - including me!

Now what are the odds it won't get reserve? Since it is being sold, not by the original owner to be polite, might we have a 2 door price for a 4 door sedan. It is Ebay after all.

I love the lights also but soooooo much better on the fast top.

They are calling them "trucks", why would they care if someone calls them Fleetsides ? :poke:

I don't recall making a final sale prediction, yet I do feel an urge to eat my hat.

I paid $1600 for essentially the same car in 2003 (mine has the rocker sill molding option, and fender mounted turn signals). It had 88,000 or so miles but needed a couple of thousand in me sorting (valve job, brakes, power steering, exhaust). It was an ebay transaction as well. If we can just get that exponential growth thing going on like Ferrari's.
