You two guys are embarrassing me. I can't do it anymore. Since that's the case, you both suck. 
I had to load up with Gabapentin and Naprosyn this morning just to make my coffee.

Gabapentin makes me hallucinate, and not good hallucinations at that... Can't do NSAIDS anymore (I miss them), so it's Tylenol and Tramadol with some vaped CBD for me.You two guys are embarrassing me. I can't do it anymore. Since that's the case, you both suck.

I installed a tti system on Jezebelle, it was flawless. I order w/out mufflers, just don't like the sound of flow masters or most other performance mufflers available. Jezebelle got a pair of nors Walker replacement mufflers I found. They were quiet and no resonance. The Polara is getting a set of nors hemi mufflers I found at Ocala last Nov. They should let the HP 383 sing a little.
I'll photo document the process.

And work with the tti pipes without cutting and adapting?

It's possible the pipes or the muffler will need to be swedged for a slip fit. A nearby muffler shop can handle that.

This Polara is by far the nicest "original" (vintage) car I have owned. It truly is a survivor.
Which creates the issue of what lines to cross in it's resurrection. The mechanical aspect is easy, brakes, exhaust etc. Returning any modifications to OEM.
My big conflict is what to do about original finish's. The original paint will buff out nicely and minor touch up should be fine. The dash will be cleaned, refinished where needed, and up graded with original parts where needed. Upholstery should be ok with a heavy cleaning. Driver seat may need to be recovered, will see.
I'm conflicted about the engine. There is very little of the original paint left on it. It would look great with fresh correct color paint and detailed, but is it the right thing to do? The compartment is nice and will clean up.
Chrome and trim, although not perfect, will polish up nicely.
It will only be original once and I aim to maintain as much originality as possible.

Leave the engine be, and detail all the little things in the engine bay.
If you remove or degrease something, hit it with paint... otherwise, who cares? she's a beauty and should be show with her hood closed.

Thank you! I don’t remember ever going to a engine show and yet hoods up everywhere, shut your damn hoods so I can see the car I came to see!
Of course I much prefer swap meets over car shows any day, that’s where it’s ok to see your engines.
