68 Chrysler Newyorker hood install

68 Chrysler NewYorker i need to know how to put the hood back on a car i am picking up. the hood poped of when a strong wind caught it and slamed it up against the windshield. currently it is un hinged and the torsion bars are there in tact just not sure how to reattach it ?

the bolts on the side and the safety latch ?

Was it bolted on?
are the hinges damaged?

Two bolts on each side through the hinges.
