I enjoyed eating something similiar in German Ghasthaus......my favorite is real Cordon Bleu with Pomm Fritts (french fries) mit sauce (gravy) with a glass of Hausen Brau.
 
I'm just 50 feet away from a very good German kitchen Gasthaus. I prefer their Wiener Schnitzel from the calf.
But that Canadian Poutine really looks tasty.
 
Your tastes are to the nines and done right. This one hasnt been done correctly but still would be worth a look if someone wanted one of these

Maybe that's why I like your Dodge...I agree that this 69 can be "brought back" easily... just not by me.

My favorites after Cordon Bleu is Jaegerschnitzel and Goulash Schnitzel. My best friend's wife is from Augsburg and is a terrific cook and they invite me over for dinner ALL the time. Lucky me!!! I mke a mean beef rouladen. Round steak with a strip of bacon, Frank's kraut, slice of onion, a spear of Milwaukee dill pickle all rolled up and braised and then in the roasting pan in the oven.
 
Sounds great, I don't see good chances for your diet till Carlisle though, you're too enthusiastic about food. :)
 
Today will be a disaster.....SuperBowl......tomorrow back on track.
 
The only "luxury" today will be a Dr. Pepper from PX for me.
 
No breakfast, no lunch.......12 wings, a ribeye on the grill, and guacomole and/or salsa with baked Tostido chips and Coke Zero. Not too bad.......

12 BBQ wings w/sauce: 960 calories
16 oz. ribeye: 1200 calories
Tostidos (13)w/guacomole sauce: 450 calories.

2600+ calories, Bob. 26 hundred.................:poke:
 
Very light coat of sauce. I'll walk an extra 5 miles tomorrow.

The local stores have shrimp, crabs, and lobster that they'll season and steam for free while you shop. Today is insane.......wait time an hour or more. They stopped taking orders at 8am this morning.
 
I'm actually spreading the Super Bowl feast over 3 days. 1/2 the steak yesterday, maybe wings today and the rest of the steak tomorrow. I wouldn't of been able to eat all that in one day if I tried.
