Working, ............ i'm no teamster
Don't give me that crap. Worked holidays, nights, weekends, you name it, forced and voluntary with no shift differental.
You have everybody here thinking I spent 35 years parked at Dunkin Donuts. :soapbox:
I know you're joking and your pushing buttons should be taken with the humor intended but the lazy Teamster thingie is wearing thin, Dave.
Peace, brother. :beerchug:

PS: I know my one-trick-pony show of my whining that I broke my balls all my life is wearing thin with you guys too. I know everybody here works hard, too.
So, I'll stop it at my end. :surrender2:

I know how hard Teamsters and everyone that's working works.

Whenever I add a Teamsters quip to any of my smartass reponses, it is in humor form and not digging at Teamsters or any other working man.

If that bothers you or anyone else here........I'll stop.

That working hard all my life doesn't wear thin on me at all....I've done the same thing.

I know we ALL have. I couldn't have done what some of you guys are doing or have done.

I especially think of Chris block sanding in 115 degree heat.... Argggghhhhhhhhhh

I broke Stan, I dont believe it

Remember, I was a teamster.....twice. So I know first hand what they did.....that also gives me the right to mock them.

Is that Teamster expression specific for transport trade or general for organized workers ?

Union, Organized labor
as it pertains to moving things. I was a union carpenter for 10 years in the auto show industry and was not a teamster. During the set-up of every show in every union town I worked with union carpenters or decorators(as they were called in CA), union electricians, union stagehands, and teamsters who drove forklifts to move freight from trailers to the display floor and lifted the displays in place where I needed them to. Oh yeah, and they were generally the only ones allowed to drive the show cars in the convention center too.

I would suggest you take the ones that cause euphoria before login in here...
What do you recommend?

The Teamsters is one of thousands of trade unions. There's The United Autoworkers, the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association, the US Airline Pilots Association, the American Probation and Parole Association, etc
