I thought I recognized your screen name from somewhere but couldn't place it....FBBO.

There doesn't have to be a car involved for me. I love getting numerous examples from all types of cars and looking at the differences as to how tags were coded and the changes by plants and time of year.
yep, good to see you over here, I've always enjoyed your posts and the knowledge that you bring to the table is undoubtedly credible.

x2 I'm enjoying the 78 Data /Trim/Paint Books. Thanks!

Good! They are fun to look at. There are a lot more when you want them. I just finished scanning the 68 and 69 Imperial books so those will be up for sale soon.

What about '67 Imperial?

What about '67 Imperial?

I hate to take the thread even further off topic....most of the data and C/T books posted on HH have been purchased out of my pocket. The 67 Imperial books don't come up for sale too often and when they do, they have been a bit too high to risk for resale or have not been in good shape. I got the 68 and 69 books at a good price.

If you know somone that has a 67 Imperial book that would be willing to have it scanned for the site and returned, I'd be happy to do it. That offer stands for any of the books still missing from HH. There are still holes in pre 67 books and the books are not that easy to find.

Are you Barry....?
I scanned a hundred or so pages of 1969 TSB's, product bulletins and other factory literature from my collection for the Hamtramck regestry several years ago.
Just would like to say what a great site it is.

I used to buy and sell Chrysler product dealer albums. For several years I would have 300 + albums at my space at Chryslers at Carlisle. At one time I had at least one of every album published by chrysler from the 1953 to the late 1970's. The supply really dried up and they are rarely seen today. Looking back I wish I had hung on to a few of them.

Exactly..... Were not like FBBO where everybody talks about the same thing.... No telling where this thread will go......

Fascinating to read Stan's info on Omaha Orange. There is a nice '69 IH Scout on Hemmings right now painted Omaha Orange. Neat machine, but a little rich at $24K.

i would love to have the books for the '67 Imperials. Having them to look at on HH would be great too but I'm the kind of guy that likes to have a hard copy or better yet an original copy. I have '68/9 Dodge books and like them very much.
