No, you cant treat them all the same..

sure.
You are either an enthusiast or not.
You act for passion or just follow your wallet.

If you think a person is stupid if he saves this 71 Fury than he isn't more stupid than any of the guys who restore the rustet out Fury III convertibles. Financially it is stupid no matter at which case you look. If someone decides to do it he does it for passion and not because it is smart. Plenty of decent Fury CVs still out there to choose from so following your thoughts their 69 Fury verts should be partet "as they can't all be saved".

You are not straight and try to bend the rules just as you like it

I oly put the fury on becuase I wanted someone to save it or another one with it, it was running and driving exellent last fall, it was a one owner special order car the trunk and carpet look like new, I have it on other sights in hope of saving it,I would someone a better deal to save it.

I hope it gets saved.

Is the original drive train still out there and available?

Carsten, I know Dave can stick up for himself but I think you've gone off the deep end here.

I just killed a perfectly good 4 door Imperial to save time & money on my red car. Is that wrong? It's going to the crusher after I'm done pillaging it. No regrets here whatsoever.

Carsten, how many posts have you posted wow thats a nice car but it has too many doors? Which equates into I wouldnt buy it because I dont want a four door.
I hope someone saves the car but I am realistic

I postet often that I am not into 4-doors but that isn't the point. I am not into Cvs either.
And still I do have a 4 door sedan and a CV fusey, so what?

But you are refuseing to answer my post about the financial aspects and the logical results, no matter if it is a CV or 4dr.

The 383 and hd 727 is in my garage to go in the 70 rr im building the fury has only 92000 miles on it I have reciepts that lead me to beleive this bis true, the 8.75 and drive line go with the car. I think 400 s go pretty cheap

Since you've been fair and understanding on the topic why didnt you buy a crate engine OR why did you feel it wasn't a problem taking this car apart?

I bought this for the engine, a guy that drives a 71 was suposed to come get it this week had family problems and backed out. Knowing that some love these i really wanted to give it a chance to survive so i put it on here. It still has at least 1000 dollars in parts i could use. I love mopar and people who love mopar.

I figured as much...... Its what you had to do, though I wish the C lived, I hope someone steps up.....

One more thing i have 2 in college my dream of a rr started to happen despite this i fuond a running well maintained 383 car for 700 what would you do?
