78 Newport power steering pump

I have to replace my power steering pump on my 78 Newport 400 CID.
How do I remove and replace the pulley? Do I need a special puller/installation tool?

Why does it need replacing? If it's leaking it can easily be repaired ordering a seal kit. It's not hard to do.
