Do you want to stay stock or are you doing a R134a conversion?

I bought a cross flow condenser and drier from Bouchilon Performance, but they really don't look stock.

A rebuilt R2 compressor, new heater core, evaporator, expansion valve, heater valve, condenser, dryer, and rebuilt lines should be fine in The Great White North.
All of the above are available for comparable money online. Boom-boom Bob has an excellent place to get your lines rebuilt and to obtain an OEM replacement condenser.
Prices for compressors have almost trippled in a year as rebuildable cores dry up. Get one while you can. Around 280 bucks US. And that doesn't include the clutch and bearing.
I think you're looking at 1600 bucks total after the dust settles.

Get a hold of Classic Auto Air.

www.classicautoair.com

They restore old systems and can rebuild your components or send you already refurbished units. Stan is close on the price for a complete system overhaul. I was charged just north of $1,700 to rebuild/restore the entire A/C system for my '65 300 'vert.
