Yeah there were no other c bodies there when I visited. He told me he was culling his herd which was mainly made up of chivvyshit.

I remember the brand new ventshades I bought for my 1977 PK41's had green on the backside from new. Probably for anti-glare.

Green & white is definitely the majority of Florida County Sheriff's car colors with Broward and I believe Citrus County having all green front fenders & quarters to this day whereas most have a green body stripe.
