Anyone seen a bug guard like this on a formal NY'er?

That car in the OP is my car, the way I bought it in 2007. That damn bug guard was the very first thing to go away on that car.

I'd use both my hands, Bob to have these traffic conditions back. :laughing4:

This reminded me of a picture I have, this is the 101 Between Santa Barbara and Santa Maria in SoCal.
Normaly this would be busy and not wise to try and take pictures like this but the lanes were closed with traffic being diverted to the other side. We had about 2 miles that included a tunnel and view of a bridge on the other side. The evening afer we took these picture the highway was opened back up after a couple weeks being closed.

Rare sight, but I guess you still have some more empty extended roads than us.

Teamster pensions will go away completely once all the current pensioners die off.
Companies are paying one time lump sums to the fund now to allow them to pull out.
A Teamster pension check will be as rare as a WW I Disability check.
Employer funded pensions? Ha! That is so 1970's.....

Until IT goes bankrupt. That is what I am saying.
Ain't no money coming in anymore. How much longer can it go out?
With Cash Cow UPS now pulled out of it, it's a matter of time.
All the companies that are now unionized by the Teamsters are going 401...

If my memory serves right when the pension fund goes under the government takes over and you get 35 dollars per month for every year of service. So 20 yrs would be 700.00.
Stan is right no money going in with money going out it is only a matter of time until it goes under.
