Asshat of the Year Award.

Getting back to the asshat, the truth is, he's a punk pc. o'****. He's just just a little boy. I read through previous posts of his and he's a wannabe. Nothing more. He has no idea of what he has and not any of the maturity. smarts, or experience to successfuly to achieve Mopar Coolness by having a 440 4 speed cuda. He's going to ruin a rare, rare car and end up with an abortive attempt at a car that will be hacked beyond redemption. Two catastrophes are going to come out of this and all the moronic enablers over there will make it impossible to whoop this idiot upside the head to knock some sense into him. Maybe the car is beyond salvation but all those rarer than gold c-body only 4 speed item should only go to saving another c-body. Stormer, there's no law against anybody being able to do with what they want with their money but there's also no law against being a total idiot.

I hadn't thought of but can imagine the rarity of a 4 speed C body. Nonetheless, if the donor car is dead then it's dead. I, too would love to see that drivetrain end up in a C body but I don't care to see it sit in a field.

My uncle had the coolest collection of old Chrysler's when I was a kid. We used to squirt the washer fluid up over the window & just lavish the smell of old car. Those cars (at least 50) are probably still sitting in that same field on my great-uncles farm. What a waste.....

I have known a lot of people who have or hoard rare old cars and have no way, or intention of ever doing anything with them. They just keep them, refusing to pass them on to someone who will save them. Then let them rot away in a field, under a tarp or in an old building somewhere until they can't be saved. To me, that's as bad as taking one and chopping it up as a donor or demo car.

Moparts is chock full o' boneheads....they just proved it once again... My god I could not believe what I was reading....had to read that a couple times to believe that guy.

Sounds like you have a nice recon mission with a camera ahead of you.

You kill me Stan.... Reading your Moparts response I could tell it was you before I knew it was you...

I knew about 6 words in. Stan is not known for being shy..........lol!

Yah, the mods stuck that moniker on me over there because I refused to blindly follow the flock to the Kool-Ade trough...

'71 'cuda 'vert Hemi 4spd, 60 car. Total rust box crapper. What would it be worth? Would love to be able to buy it for it's drive train, for a '74 Newport 4dr. sedan.

I would be all over that!!! What a score for a Newport!!! Let me know if you don't want it. I know of a 77 NY'er Coupe with a blown 440 that would be perfect fit for a Hemi 4 speed with a Dana 60. I'll have some special springs made with an extra leaf. Stan has already engineered a 4 speed in a formal...maybe he would be a super cool Master Formal Guru and help me with technical advice on that 4 speed mod. I can get the 77 Coupe for $1k. I have cash money for the Cuda donor drivetrain buy....PM me. Damn, I'm excited!!!! I want the donor Cuda fender tag too!!!!!!

And the thread grows without one drop of knowledge on the cars condition

Which car??? The Cuda is a total rust box crapper. I've seen the 77 NY'er a couple of times, no rust at...just needs a paint job. Interior is perfect it needs a new package tray. Bozo cut holes in it to mount aftermarket speakers. I already have perfect chrome ready for it. Perfect opportunity to save a nice C-body.

I was talking about that 71 Cuda rust bucket about 5 posts ago.
