The car doesn't deserve to be dirty any longer.
Not unless you bring it to Carlisle and put it in the barn find section

Not true, there was a 440-6 decal affixed to some 6BBL Furies.
Mr. Wheeler's car has this 440 emblem, is it wrong then, or is it because of early production?

I was thinking maybe the early models received the same emblem as the regular 440s and the later ones the decals since this 1970 magazine test report car showed the emblem:
It is more clearly shown in the article below................

Maybe a comparison of known V code cars and production dates would reveal more.
I saw the vin numbers as the dust had been wiped away. The answer to the million dollar question is........T. I remember because frankly I am unfamiliar with that engine code. It looked odd. Now I’ll get back to my regularly scheduled program.
This goes to anyone, I know the S/23 was a $66.00 dollar option to the base Sport Fury what was the GT?
Appears to be $585

As seen on the sheet above,I ask this because I saw/read in one of my magazines the S/23 was a $66.00 dollar option to the base Sport Fury. I was just wondering about about the GT, is my info wrong about the S/23?.
This is what I would have done first after taking a bunch of pic's, then went to work on getting it road worthy and started driving the piss out of it.
i almost bought this car 10 yrs ago or so i found it.. sat outside its whole life..T code usual rust..neat but i passed iirc 3500.00
